Today's dressing change went well. Everything is still looking good.

My appointment with the Sleep Clinic didn't really yield a whole lot other than I don't get enough sleep at night - I average about 5 1/2 hours a night, so I need to work on getting this closer to 8hrs. I was given a sheet on how to get a good nights sleep, and a few 7-day sleep diary sheets that I can photocopy and use to keep track of my habits. I'm only have borderline sleep apnea so they don't reckon a CPAP machine would be much help, but they still scheduled me for another overnight stay for a CPAP titration (basically finding out what setting on the machine would work best for me). That appointment isn't until the end of January (at my request). I have a follow up visit scheduled in late February. Meanwhile, I'll just have to work on going to bed much earlier. Shouldn't be too hard. I'm using dozing off by 10pm. Wow, and I remember when I could stay up until all hours and get 4 hours sleep and still function. Those days are long gone apparently.

I did more work on the files area I've been working on. So far it's coming along quite well... tonight I spent in search of how to make use of the one view page and have it show the files from various workgroups based on the URL. I'm about an inch or two from really learning how it all fits together and works.
