It's only taken me three weekends, but I've finally finished creating and updating a 'Health Diary' for my website. I did this so that I could have health related stuff out of and away from my journal/blog. This way I can write journal entries whenever the mood and time strikes without feeling like I need to add in all the administrivia of health information at the same time. I've also added some new items to track such as my weight and even my waist circumference. Hey if I don't measure, how can I celebrate the milestones? Here's a link: Health Diary.
I was pretty depressed today because I gained a half kilo (1 pound) over the last week. I can never seem to get below 88kg, and I was really hoping this week would be 'the' week for it. It wasn't. :-(
I have other various and sundry news and updates, but it's a bit late tonight so it will have to wait.
PS to my sister: I haven't heard from you in yonks. What's happening? Miss you!!
