Gaelyne writes: We had a BIG surprise tonight. eBay sent me an Email letting me know I qualified for the 'Bronze' PowerSeller status! Wow, I figured I'd get a new coloured feedback star before I ever qualified for PowerSeller status. We're both so stoked! You can see what we're selling on eBay here.
Woot!
Gaelyne writes: I've been making some changes on my website and updated the fonts for the main page and the news pages. At the moment, I'm about to test out my news submission page (don't look for a link - there isn't one for this site - it's just for me to use). The biggest news of the week, sadly, is that I re-broke my ribs, or made them substantially worse at any rate. I've been back to the doctors and have a course of antibiotics for a chest infection, and of course stuff to make it not hurt so much. The antibiotics seem to be knocking me around a bit - I've already had one nap today and another sounds really good. I probably need the extra rest, but I have tons of stuff I need to be doing.
Gaelyne writes: I finally fixed the software for posting news articles to this site and the CBM site, so adding news to my own site should now be much easier. I've added a new set of photos into the Gallery. These were taken last Sunday (26 Oct 2003). The direct link is: http://gaelyne.com/gallery/jazzfest.phpAbout the only other news would be that my broken ribs appear to be healing as I'm able to go to sleep without medication and have been getting by during the day without a lot of extra pain relievers too. It's about time!

Happy B'day to Me! I turned 42 today and I can't complain about getting another year older. We've had a very fun week. Rods' B'day is the 10th, our anniversary is the 15th, and mine is the 18th. Normally we're pretty boring about these things. Maybe a cake or a card, and that's about it. This year I came up with the cool idea of selling something on Ebay that I knew would go for a fair bit and earmark the funds from that as our fun money. Oh boy what a great idea. We've had lobster and prawns (shrimp) and a seafood dinner, my cake today and I still have $22 left to play with. And on top of that we won movie tickets to see a movie on Monday night that hasn't even been released in Australia yet.
