3rd Wedding Anniversary - Dinner at Bali Hai in Glenelg

This year, seeing as how our anniversary is sandwiched between our birthdays, I decided we were going to do something different this year. It started with selling a rare item on Ebay and earmarking the funds from it as our celebration money for our three days in October. The auction was fun, and when it finished we had enough to do some pretty neat things we don't ordinarily get to do. One of those things on the list was to have a seafood platter for 2 at the Bali Hai Grill in Glenelg (Now it's a pizza place). We were a day out though, as we went on Wednesday, but they were closed. Not to worry, we had a pub meal at one of the pubs and came back the next night. It was worth the wait. :-)

Still on the road to Glenelg

Had to add this piccy just so you didn't think the way there was all fields and ocean. :-)

One of the nicest piccies of Rod I've taken. Also, there's a light on over his head! LOL!

Wow, the two of us together at last!

Tucking in

Sort of a neat pic. We were on a terrace and the plastic next to me and behind me made it look like a mirror. The plastic was down as it was too chilly to be in the open night air.

Counting the fun money leftover that's for my birthday on Saturday. Haven't decided what to do with it just yet.

My 2nd Long Island Iced Tea. Both Rod and the barman commented that the 2nd went down much faster than the first. Mmm!

Leaving Bali Hai. I think I didn't have enough Long Island Iced Teas as I easily made it down the stairs. (grin)
