Description

Easy to make and delicious meat roll ups

Ingredients

  • 1 pk minute or sizzle steak
  • 2 c prepared stuffing mix, well seasoned
  • 6 bacon rashers (can be cut into strips to stretch )

Instructions

Lay the steak out on a chopping board.
Make up the stuffing mix and add assorted spicy seasonings
Lay the dressing over steak about 1cm thick..
Put bacon over the top, and then roll the meat up and secure with a tooth pick or two.

You can roast the pieces or slice them up about 2cm apart - be sure to place the toothpicks strategically to hold the meat rolls together.

Roasting the meat rolls takes about half an hour at a 200c / 400f oven.
