Today I've done some maintenance work on my personal site. I think it needs livening up a bit though. I like that it's easier to read, but it seems a bit plain at the same time. Hmm.

I didn't quite get as much done today as I would have liked, but I did manage to tidy up the patio a bit and Cow Kitty found a root stalk of a dead weed that she's been skittering about on the patio all night. The patio is kind of like a huge fooz-ball table for her.  read more »

Typing Macros using Snippits

Once upon a time, I had the perfect editor for writing. Unfortunately it was a long time ago, on my Commodore 128. I helped Rod develop QWKRR128, which was an offline mail reading program. One of the things that I absolutely loved about it was that I could use the editor in the program for writing articles, and chose to do so because the editor was fast to use, and thanks to collaboration between Rod and myself, it included customisable keyboard short cuts.  read more »
